What do guys think when they hug a girl that is not wearing a bra?

I was just put in the situation and I felt inwardly awkward because I didn't have a bra on. In my defense it was late and friends decided to surprise me with a visit before I went to bed. The first guy seemed to freeze for a second and give me a weird look I couldn't understand when we pulled apart and the other guy didn't even seem to notice. I was so embarrassed!
Do guys feel awkward in that situation? Do they like it? How would you feel?

Haha. I wouldn't see you as horny unless you made a direct sexual statement. I would see it as you stating the obvious, but it would make me more embarrassed. I just didn't know if it would be awkward because when you hug a girl she is usually wearing a bra and you can't feel anything😂 but when she's not... I didn't know if you would notice and be embarrassed or something like that. I wouldn't want to make anything awkward.
