Is he flirting?

So there's this guy that I work with and I've liked for a very long time. Up until a few weeks ago, he didn't really seem to show an interest but recent events have made me think other wise. He'll draw random crap on my arms, or put things in my bag. We have this long running joke of chucking tea bags at each other and me telling him to stop tea bagging me. He's started telling me little details from his life? Nothing personal, just little things but still personal stuff about him. He bought me lunch today because I didn't have any and then made sure we had our lunch breaks together and sat with me. And I always catch him giving me these looks, like secret smiles that no one else is supposed to see. (These make my stomach flip by the way!) and when he wants to ask me a question, he'll poke my arm. Today I was showing someone pictures on my phone and he was leaning over me but it was like he was purposely trying to touch me or bump me with his shoulder. And then he'll randomly text me things out of the blue, or do and say little things that make my heart just melt! And I asked this woman if she thought he knew I fancied him and she said yes, by the way he looked at me. What did she mean? Am I reading too much into it?
