Why do guys think all girls are the same?

Really, a lot of times when a guy asks a question on here like "why do girls act mean when you approach them?" and they pick for the best answer "because all girls are social retards" or, "why do women ignore nice guys?" and they choose an answer like "all women are bitches and only want hot guys". I mean seriously, do men think that all woman are this way? Or why do guys just ask questions on here to insult women to make themselves feel better instead of dealing with their problems with women?

most people date or want to date the male/female versions of themselves, even if they don't realize it.

the guys who complain about girls who are shallow bitches and don't like nice guys, are usually shallow assholes themselves. they don't like nice girls, they want the hot popular girls everyone else likes. so when they see these girls ignoring them and going for their male equivalent (hot party guy) they get mad and frustrated and that's why they react like that. its easier for them to lash out at the opposite sex than to take a step back, look at themselves and evaluate the situation. they end up picking the question that goes along with their warped view as a best answer

Oh yes I have noticied that, that "nice" guys go for the hot girls everyone wants, this answer makes a lot of sense. I hope a lot of people realize this and adust their views.

I find that really annoying, too, but it goes both ways. The negative comments about women just annoy you more because you're a girl.

I feel like guys do it in a more hurtful way though, because girls don't ask answers like that and then chose "because all men are stupid".

Yeah, some guys can be blatantly insulting. It feels pointless to answer some questions because you still get guys posting things like "They're all lying" when there are a bunch of answers from girls that go against the stereotypes. But when girls ask questions like "Why don't guys like small boobs?" and guys say that they do, girls generally believe what they say.

And girls are supposed to be the ones who twist the meaning of things? lol

Well, that's look wise, and there is someone out there for every attraction. Haha I don't lie but I suppose some girls do, shame on them.

People make their biases true. If a guy treats girls like they're all bitches, girls are going to be bitchy to him, which furthers his belief.

This question lumps all guys together and implies that we all think girls are the same, when, on the contrary, I don't think that at all.

I don't think all guys are the same, I know they aren't. Some girls are ignorant, but that doesn't mean we all are.
