Flipping your hair is sexy?

I was talking to this guy and he was saying how hot he thought it was when a girl flipped her hair. Like put your head down so your hair hangings then flipping it up (I don't know how else to describe it hahah). Or he said when a girl like flips her hair off her shoulder. He had complimented me on my pretty long blonde hair and that's how these comments came about.

Is this a common thing for guys to like? Or is it just this particular guy?
