Is it bad if your boyfriend is asking for a girl's number?

my boyfriend ask for a girls number but he's not doing anything with her. I just don't know if that means he's flirting with other girls or just being friends with them.

Are they co workers? Classmates? If not this is a bad sign, me and my current boyfriend discussed what was inappropriate for a relationship before we became official. I'd said that it wasn't unnecessary for us to exchange numbers with those of the opposite sex unless it was necessaryfor work or school. If you think about it would you ask for a random guys number that you weren't attracted to?

This is a very bad sign. When a guy has a gf, he doesn't ask another girl for her phone number. She is hitting on her and is interested in more than being friends. I am not sure how long you both have been dating but if I were you, I think it's time to talk to him. His behavior is disrespectful, mean and downright rude.
