Girls, guys are a lot more blunt about how they feel so long as it doesn't show too soppy an emotion, in relation to attraction guys often freely tell people. A lot of girls would rather tell friends. Girls definitions of flirting are also confusing, a lot assume eye contact and smiling are good signs and a good way to flirt... But its generally just polite to give anyone eye contact when either speaking to them, greeting them or even a simple wave or nod... many people smile just as habit so its never easy to tell what a girl thinks of you or what impression you are giving her. Stereotypically ask a guy what he first notices on a girl and great eye contact won't be top of the list more often than not.

Guys are based on rational logic. Something is good and people approve. Therefore it is good. If they disapprove, then it is bad (though they may still do it)

Girls are based on emotional logic. Something makes them feel good therefore it is good.

A very reductionist view of things. But guys are not easily swayed. If they have a thought pattern, they'll stick to it unless something drastic happens. Girs thoughts, stances and emotions shift as it pleases them.

The constant shifting makes them hard to read. Plus throw in their natural ability at social understanding and manipulation, subconsciously or not.

i chose guys because since a girl I understand a girls mind more then a guys.  but both genders are pretty confusing. we both expect the other to be able to read our minds.  I expect my boyfriend to know what I want without telling him, and my boyfriend expects me to know that something bothers him even though he pretends it doesn't.  even though both men and women are confusing head cases, as long as you both strive to understand each other, the relationship should work.

I voted girls. I find that girls tend to play more games, and try to use all these mind tricks and secret meanings on guys, and some girls are really over-dramatic when it comes to relationships, and blow things out of proportion.

I think that guys are more blunt and usually more straightforward.

i am a girl and I agree...girrls are way more confusing. lets face it...we over analyze, we think too much, we're way to emotional, and we say we want a good guy but when we get em, they're TOO good. plus tons of other things. we're more complex which makes us confusing. guys are just so SIMPLE!

Girls. They are definitely more confusing primarily because culturally, socially, and biologically they are built to communicate in so many more subtle manners. No, it's no an opinionated question, that's the answer.

well, since I'm a girl I know how they think, but I can understand why a guy would find them confusing. I think men are pretty straight forward most of the time.
