I don't believe that either gender is more dumb. However, I have been called dumb because of my mental condition. People often call people with autism dumb or "retarded" just because they don't learn as fast or are into different things from others. When I was in elementary school (grade school for others), I would be called retarded all the days I attended school, and in addition to this I have a stutter and a lisp. It made me cry a lot but I have grown past being sorry for myself because of my imperfections. I want inspire others who were called dumb, to become stronger than what others claim because you are BETTER than this! I still have my stutter and lisp, but I will not let anyone call me dumb just because of what they see or hear.

Don't call a person dumb because you never know what my lie deep within themselves. Remember there is always more to the story.

On average, both. Biologically speaking though, men are smarter with natural sciences and women are smarter emotionally. Sadly, men can master both anyways

Guys. Women say and do a lot of stupid stuff, but it's more because of hope than not knowing any better. She thinks something is wrong, but she hopes it isn't, and gets caught up in BS because of that.

Guys, on the other hand, just don't know. We don't always recognize when something is foul.

That is an innacurate question. What do you mean by "dumb"? IQ differences? Learning abilities? Making bad decisions in general?
