Leaning against a guy's chest while hugging?

Do guys like when girls lean against their chest while hugging? Also what does it mean when a guy lets a girl do that?

im friends with this guy and he usually leans down to hug girls but when I hug him my head reaches his chest and he just lets me rest it there. We also typically hug closer to each other's waists while he usually hugs other girls closer to the shoulders and sometimes only hugs them with one arm.
