How do you go from flirtationship to relationship?

There's this guy I really like and he seems to like me too. We flirt constantly and goof around together. What do you have to do to make the jump to something more without flat out asking them out? I know we're getting closer but things are going too slow. How do I speed things up?

Talk about thing you would like to do, hopefully together.

Like if there is a movie that you think he might like to see, start talking about how much you would like to see if too. Even if he thinks he's in the friend zone with you, he should pick up on the fact that you want to go to the movie together.

If that fails, take a deep breath and ask him out.

DizzyAster said it perfectly, the touching is a really big hint that you'd want to go a little further. Maybe accidentally rub your hand against his leg? He'll probably enjoy it and if he does the same thing, well you both know you're on the same page.
