As far as I know, if I ever do that to a girl, I'd have to be drunk and half awake.

It's cringe and needy. It's basically screaming "I WANT YOUR ATTENTION! LOOK AT ME I CAN DO THIS! PLEASE LOVE ME?"

Unless I know the girl reeeaaaallly well and she's like my girlfriend or something, then yea, even write songs for her.

But to do that to someone you barely know is a bit over the top. He likes you.

he may like himself more than you... i don't know i'm only kidding but it could be true or maybe he just wanted you to see his video of him playing without any hidden agenda... also it could mean he likes you if it's a deep love song especially if he wrote it.
