For example you just met a guy in Starbucks or something, and your really into him... what to do? how to give off the vibe that you are into him, in a playful way so that he doesn't think your a psycho. Maybe some ways to tease him about something which will get his attention?

Looks wise, a guy will make up his mind very quickly weather or not he likes the way you look.. as for personality, I think it is best you be yourself, that way he doesn't get a false impression and finds out he doesn't like your personality..
