When you make eye contact with someone and you feel a "spark" is that mutal?

First time i saw this guy at work we made eye contact across the room and we just starred into each others eyes and i feelt this intense spark, and it keeps happening like everytime i see him. but is it mutal? does he feel it too?

He may but than again, you just may be smitten.
Talk to him. See how he is when it's just you two talking. & if you're still not sure, you could let him know that you find him interesting & would like to get to know him better. That's not a bad thing to tell someone. It's sweet & innocent like.

I felt that when I met a girl I used to work with. The spark scared me because I didn't want to develop a crush on her so I ignored her. I think she felt that spark too because she would always try to talk to me but she would get shy and blush a lot around me.

Well the reason why i think that he maybe feel it too is because why would a guy hold eye contact like that with a girl he did not know, if he diddn't feel something? or is that something guys do? just keep making eye contact all the time with random girls?

Well I try to make eye contact with everyone. I'm not one to give advice on how guys act because Im not normal. If im actually interested in a girl I will be unable to make eye contact out of my own insecurities and I feel I'm not an attractive person. I still think it's unbelievable that women can find me attractive.

Talk to him, tell him he looks familiar but you keep getting lost in his eyes or something. If he's into you, I bet he's scared that you think he's weird for staring lol

Look at his eyes closely. If his pupils dilate then he has the same spark. Eyes don't lie. When two people connect there is a similar reaction. If he holds your stare, he is interested. Nuff said.
