He doesn't look away when I catch him staring?

Here's the issue - I have never met him but met his mom/sister/family before a few times, I do know him through other people, and he looks at you a few times whenever you see each other. We look at each other and if we catch each other looking at each other - he doesn't look away, I have to break the 'stare'/eye contact. Does it mean nothing? Just a coincidence? Or something more? Share your opinions. This has been happening to me with my crush for like 2 years.

If a guy does not look away once you look at him, it's a sign of confident interest. Usually when this happens, the person actually wants you to know that they're staring at you. They want to make sure that you know that they're interested in you so that you won't hesitate to show interest in them. It's a great form of eye contact, actually.
