He doesn't look away when I catch him staring?

There's this guy that won't stop looking at me and I would look over for a second to see if he's looking at me again and I would look away because I feel awkward but sometimes I hold the eye contact a little longer and he wouldn't look away. I'm always first to look away because I start feeling uncomfortable. I even would catch him looking at me at lunch. And it's weird because he's staring at me WHILE eating his food. And then in the hallway, he would be looking and getting really close to me when we pass each other. I can tell that he's moving himself so he can get closer when I walk by him. And he gets creepily close. I try to walk on the edge of the hallway to avoid him doing that. But he still does it and it's fucking weird. Then in class I would catch him with his whole head turned around looking at me. Then while I was taking my test one day and looked up and he was sitting sideways on his chair just looking at me. And then he sits next to me in the computer lab. All in all, this kid looks at me a bunch every single day. I know I'm probably giving him the wrong idea when looking at him too that I like him as well, but I'm only looking to try to get him to stop looking and it never works. When I make eye contact with he does not look away. He just holds it there and it feels like a little contest on who could keep the eye contact longer and I lose every damn time. I'm getting creeped out at this point and I'm now started to avoid eye contact. I still feel him looking at me.

After all of this, what does this tell me about him? And if he likes me, why is he not talking to me? I don't know why this guy looks at me all the time when I've never spoken a word to him.

Because he likes you and like you said, you're giving him signals on accident. Just tell him that you don't like him and to leave you alone.

Instead of acting the way you are right now, put yourself in his shoes.

You find a girl you adore and then get incredibly confused by the actions the girl you like is doing,
The girl does not confront him, It looks like she's teasing him and she might never say her true feelings, she might as well just ignore you completely.

What if you found a guy you adored? Would you enjoy the same treatment you gave this guy?
You assumed he was creepy by just being attracted to you so how does that make sense?
It's fucking horrible,
you can just collapse once you find a person that looks very attractive to see it all just looks like a game to him playing with your emotions, It's the equivalent to torture in my opinion.

Not being straightforward makes for a bigger impact when the truth hits, stop thinking about only yourself.

It's a terrible feeling when he finds out you didn't like him by himself and leaving him in the dark for when he remembers that and if you didn't decide to see his point of view at the time then you clearly can't be aware of your own actions.

Please, value peoples feelings because that feeling you are giving off shows fake love and that is the worst love/worst feeling much worse than being rejected upfront.

You might think I'm a asshole for being this upfront but by experiencing a situation similar to yours, It hurts so fucking much.

Assuming people so easily is fatal to having real friends and real relationships, finding beautiful people. All will be impossible because of how easily you judge others.

If there is a chance then forget this because I already know the bigger picture.

I am guessing that you aren't really into him. Give a dirty look when you see him looking. If you like him you could approach him and speak to him about it
