What does it mean when a guy says he likes your voice?

I was on the phone with one of my guy friends and he kept flirting with me and giving me compliments and he interrupted a story I was telling him to say that I had a nice voice... i dont know if he was making fun of me or if he was trying to hit on me.

Do not over think men. We are very clear normally if we like you, just like women. Men are more overt with it, women tend to give clues. Of course he likes you more than friendship. I am very attracted to a women's voice but only if I find her attractive. It's like icing on the cake. If he's telling you he liked things about you than he likes you already. He's just testing it out to see if you will reciprocate the compliments. Basically he wants you to give him the green light to open up. If you see him as a friend only than tell him. If you see more than let him know. I have learned to just pay attention to the clues women leave and make a move. If he isn't man enough to tell you how he really feels than he's failing his man test.
