What does a guy mean when he says your voice is pretty and/or your voice is so so cute?

What do guys see in the voices? What makes them think a voice is pretty...,
Many guys tell me that even the guy I'm dating now. However I have never been told such thing from a girl! Girls usually tell me " your voice is so quiet or you speak slow.."

well, if you are around guys, or you are a guy, you sound like you're talking to a bunch of apes (this is past puberty ages). so hearing a cute voice stands out. now im not saying that is the case for every senario, but for the most part, you're voice just stands out to the guy/s you are talking too, its a complent by the way because he can pick you out from the other women just from your voice. but thats my thoughts
