Be a Lady, and don't do trashy things!!
Just 'bump' up, against him, at the copier, like you were expecting a print.
just talk, wherever, and laugh at anything that he says, and casually touch his arm, telling him how funny he is.
Wear something a little conservative, like a blouse, with buttons, but, casually undo another, when he comes into the break room!
Wearing something seductive, and lacy, under? lean over, to fill your mug, for coffee, or tea, or even water, and see if he looks.

You don't really need an excuse. Guys need an excuse because nowadays girls like to freak out and report you for harassment, but guys don't freak out if a girl touches them.
