Why would she call me "charismatic"?

I just can't rationalize why this gal called me "charismatic" especially when I know I'm not and others don't perceive me as such. Most of the time am serious and very straight forward even with the things I say. Anyway, this gal just said to me "I like your ideas, you're very smart and charismatic" and she smiled looking straight at me... I mean why not sarcastic (which is what I really am lol)... I felt more like she was trying to flirt than anything.

anyway, why would a woman call a man "charismatic"? Why this word choice?

She's being honest based on her experience with you
