if your a camper, don't bother, he can't reciprocate even if he wants to for fear of legal action. If you're both counselling then pull him aside and ask if he can meet for a coffee and then do your thing.

now is a feat time to do some detective work to find if he is gay (rarer than they want you to think) or taken (or both). ensure actual flirting is not on duty or around campers so you don't get in trouble.

I like close observation, sitting a short ways away while listening for his voice to hear if he talks of a girlfriend. best way is to simply talk with him and take notes. with my observation skills I can find where a person lives and who they are dating even if I'm not looking for them, just being mindful of everything in my surroundings and what others say.
