Best tips for flirting for a introvert?

I am seeing the guy I'm completely in love with next week, we were talking for a while until he moved away but we both have a mutual gathering to attend. I am absolutely awful at flirting after being engaged to my ex for so long we broke up about a year now and I have absolutely no idea how to even flirt anymore I have turned in to a introvert, anyone have any tips on this it would be greatly appreciated

Talk to him how you would speak to a friend, that’s probably the simplest way to ease into flirting. If there’s still chemistry between you two, things will just flow naturally. But as a shy/introverted person, approaching him with the intention to flirt may only freak you out.

Bring him some cookies to try. Gives u reason to approach him to share some food flavour.
Later on bring some perfume and ask if he likes the smell. Agsin gives reason to approach + good smells can make things more intimate
