Girls, How to flirt with an introvert? How do I make them comfortable around me?

I'd like to thank @MissNowhere for giving me the idea to ask this question.

I've noticed introverts are cool people but they are just hiding it. I've always wanted to be an extrovert, but I'm still an ambivert. I'm working on it.
Anyways how do I flirt with a shy girl when all shy girls rarely talk and force me to have a monologue rather than a dialogue? It's like I scare them with my awesomeness energy.

I've been waiting for a question like this! *ahum* anyway, I would say that if you don't know a person yet start with really simple casual conversation first. Like asking for help and use their name (hey [name], can I borrow a pen?). This way you acknowledge them and you show that you don't dislike them. Then just start greeting them, initiate conversation add them on facebook and stuff. Make clear that you don't mind their presence. This might be more of an insecure thing than a shy thing tho, but if someone I'm not really friends with suddenly started being really friendly and talking to me, I would be confused and wouldn't know how to respond or know what they want from me.

Why can't I tell a girl right away what my intentions?
This way I am not purposely friend zoning myself.

Oh sorry I thought you asked how to be friends with introverts. I would definitely begin with just normal talking to them and after that start flirting. I don't know how this is in college and stuff, but while I was in high school there where some guys who thought it was just the most hilarious thing to do, to go up to a shy girl and start flirting with her for the lols. You don't want to come across like this. If you just act nice to them they will warm up to you. Also if a girl is not interested in you after she gets to know you a little better than she probably wasn't interested when she didn't know you. Unless you are a huge dick, but I'm gonna assume you're not.

What makes you think you've awesomeness energy , Have it ever occuried to you maybe she can pick up that you might be a little uneasy. You might be shier than you think , Even if you come out cool. You have to make a lady feel comfortable for her to open up. Especially the shy women.

No criticism at all , The suggestion I gave was to make her feel comfortable. Once she feels comfortable with you , She will let her guard down. Start by talking about something you know she will like and make her laugh.

If you say hello , She says it back? . If so you've an opening , When a lady is shy the way you're describing you've to be really forward and come across as confident. So she will look at you and be like , He is so silly. The good kind of silly that will make her laugh , Once she feels comfortable. Then she will start asking you about things and starting conversations.

What are somethings I can say after "Hi" and "I came over here because I think you are attractive and would like to get to know you"

Say it but back off , If she's shy she might not want you to see her reaction. But that's really good , You let her know how you're thinking. Very important for a shy person , She might say thank you. But while she's smiling from the compliment , Go back to a joke. Then ask her a silly question. Trust me it will work , But only if she's feeling you. Remember don't ever do things like this with other people around , Only the two of you if it's possible. Shy people will feel other people are looking. Hopes this helps.

ask them about their interest... find out what movies/books/sports etc they like and if u two have a common interest start conversing from there. DO NOT TRY to make small talks. Apply your sense of humor because it is easier to talk to someone who's funny and helps ease the nervousness a lot of introverts struggle with while talking to someone for the first time.

Have you ever considered that maybe some girls actually prefer/don't like to talk much? Annoying yes but some girls are like this and sometimes there are only certain people that will make these girls talk more or maybe it depends on her mood, maybe she isn't feelin chatty. Mostly just try to find some common ground or interests otherwise it's probably not going to work.

I think it'd be best if you talk to her daily or often, make it something that just becomes apart of your routine as it'll become a part of hers. She'll expect you coming. And as you speak to her more, she'll eventually feel more comfortable to start opening up to you. And when you do talk to her, start by gradually complimenting her or asking her questions that only require short answers and go from there. Hope I helped.

Don't rush into the direct approach. Not until she seems more open around you or talks more to you than she normally would. Flirt, yes. Let her know you're interested after talking a bit!
