I think I would assume it was just a thing that happened - due to the physical activity. Esp. if he were a younger man.

If I were into him I might really enjoy knowing that ;-)

If I weren't into him - I might back off the rough-housing , I wouldn't feel less about him since I know it's just a thing that happens to guys, but I might feel like saving the either of us any awkwardness.

Well if you two flirt I would question if you had feelings. Otherwise I think most people just brush it off without too much thought. It's something that happens and we can't help it all the time. I definitely wouldn't stop and freak out over it.
