ive been in that girls shoes! when I began opening up more in college with the guy I had a crush on, he would come up and talk to me all the time, strike some funny conversations, was really well mannered and decent, friendly, and would even tease me lightly...it was adoreable! and he had such an inviting nature, like he just acted like he knew me for a long time and there was no awkwardness between us, because he was just so outgoing and I felt comfortable around him to open up and not be shy anymore, and then I gradually started flirting with him, by touching his hand, rubbing my legs under the table or playing footsy lol, and making heavy eye contact and such...etc

you have to start with friendship basically and compliment her and show you care about her...

Try and talk to her. Keep it romantic. Explain that she need not be embarrassed and ask her what she likes, what her fantasies are, that sort of thing. Go slow! You're not going to turn her into a fiery temptress overnight! (or maybe you will...)

If she seems naive, she might not know what she likes. Try and explore together. Be honest, tell her that youd like to spice it up a bit, be flattering when you say this so she doesn't think you're bored. Tell her how cute you think she is but don't bull***t her, just be honest.

She is going to need sexual guidance. Girls don't automatically know what we want. Maybe show her your favorite p*rn video or something... that will either terrify her or turn her into a freak, depends on if she really likes you and what her beliefs are about sex.

If she's nervous then you need to take control and guide her. She may not know what to do and doesn't want to act weird. Think gentle giant. Strong and gentle at the same time. Or, you could try liquid courage, lol.
