Do guys like it when girls make the first move?

Question

I have read dating advices where in girls are adviced to sit back, relax and let the guy do the chase. The harder to get, the better it is. How true or untrue is this?

I guess maybe it's because I don't like to be too surprising, because I don't want it to turn out to be surprising in a bad way, or maybe it's because I've met so many girls who were pretty surprising themselves, but it seems like most of the time, it's the girl who makes the first move with me. That even includes girls who like to skinny-dip or go naked, who say they do it in a non-sexual way and then, when I'm not expecting it, they make their move on me.

it can work both ways, meaning it could go as smooth as baby cheeks or it can make you look desperate and complete creep.

me personally i don't go chase anyone they often be the ones who make the first move but sometimes it won't work.. sooooo I don't know..

If the guy is interested in you he would like it. I don't think the advice to wait around is a great idea, because a lot of times the guy will just never know you were interested.

what if i told you "being harder to get" doesn´t mean throwing them a stick in the spokes while they try and approach you. making them feel like not everybody could have you is what you wanna make them feel and you can also achieve that if you´re the one approaching.

conservative guys will likely hate it. i love it though if she makes the first move. which of course doesn´t mean that i´m automatically attracted to her xD

I dont play those games. Either you're interested when we make a move or you're not. Purposefully showing disinterest or being indifferent is a big turn off. And if a girl makes the first move i am quickly impressed.

Well because it's not common it feels really good for men. So they won't turn such a woman down. But, it can't happen forever, because men will leave girls that are easy.
So you either have to make the first move in a way that he doesn't understand and thinks he made the first move (which is a really delicate stuff!). Or, if you made the first move you should let him chase you after that!

Really depends on the guy in my opnion cause some guys are more old fashion where they want to make the first move where some people are more new style or "fashion" where they don't care who makes the first move

Each case is different. If any girl is interested in any guy first she should give some signs that she is liking him. If then also he don't understand then in my opinion the girl should approach the guy and act like a 21st century girl.

The harder to get is usually a big turnoff cause some girls "hardness" has no limits. He'll go to an easier target. Of course he'll move away from her too, but to you the result will be the same
