I have a client whom I've been cutting his hair for about 2-3yrs. now. Every time he comes in the salon I can't stop smiling. He's a couple months older than me and I think he is single. I say that I think because some1 who knows me told me that they thought he was single. He's never mentioned his girlfriend and when he says he's going to go out he always says he's going with friends.

He's super nice, smart and outgoing. Last two times he said I looked nice, I said thank you. I really, really, really like this dude. What should I do next time he comes in? He comes in every two months (he likes his hair on the longer side) for a hair cut. Please throw some ideas at what to say next time he comes :)...from someone who can't stop smiling :)

Hmm I'd handle it more subtly than the guys here have suggested so far. I'd just look at him a little bit too long, smile, touch his arm, then wait for him to make a move. If he didn't, I'd casually ask him if he'd like to have coffee sometime.

I usually find that guys like to feel like they're in charge and they're making the first move, but since most of the males here are suggesting a more direct approach, I'm starting to doubt my theory. :P

Hehe! that's a pretty strange situation, but you know I think that's you're kinda lucky since you can touch his hair. Next time, try to touch it softly and he would probably see you in the mirror =)!

And you can like telling him that: His girlfriend is really lucky to touch such a beautiful hair ^^!

Hope you'll answer that you only got the right to touch them :p ^^!

After his net appointment, just give him your card with your personal number on it and ask him to call you some time. Just do it casually. Or, when you're chatting with him during his cut, asking him what his weekend plans are, etc. just say "hey, we should hang out sometime."

Does he make app'ts with you? If so, schedule a break after his app't. then ask him out for coffee. You have to get things started some way.
