Why does my crush's friend watch me?

Every time I see my crush's best friend, he stares at me. I see him at lunch all the time and just watches me with a straight face. He is also kind of mean to me. He was really nice in December (helped me learn songs from my favorite band). But when he passed me once I grabbed one of his "moobs" (he and my crush do stuff like that all the time) he grinned at me. He also says everything I say is interesting.

But yeah, he watches me all the time. Especially when I'm teasing

my guy friend about a fetish he has. He also has a straight face when he does it. Why does he watch me?

He was also staring at me again today. Especially when I was telling my friend about a guy I like and was jokingly showing my best friend a pic of a celebrity that I absolutely adore. (I named my cat after him lol)
