Initially, without meeting the person → smile (reels me in very much like a magnet) and eyes

While talking to him → soft humor, confidence,

In situations → confidence, kindness towards other people, and mature

But generally, the biggest thing that makes me want to get to know a guy more if I see that they're genuinely kind/nice, or they aren't a jerk
