Because, for most guys, kissing is a means to an end (having sex), and not something they do strictly for its own enjoyment. Men evolved to be pretty sin0gle-minded that way. Our biology gives us ONE mission: to bang (and thus impregnate - biology didn't foresee birth control) as many women as possible, to make sure as many of our offspring as possible survive into adulthood to reproduce themselves. And so, sex is always the end-goal, and that makes it harder to focus and enjoy the preambles sometimes (and some guys are just selfish and only care about what they want).
