Why do guys love comparing their hand sizes with a girl?

I have very small hands and often had guys comparing their hands to me saying how cute they are and how big their hands are compared to mine.

One even said my hands looked like they stopped growing at 13 and he seemed to like it since he didn’t put his fingers off my hands.

So why? Why do you like comparing them? What are your thoughts while doing it?
