I can't look at my crush?

I have a crush. And I'm the type who scares to approach someone I like so I always stares at him from distance. But everytime he's nearby, or he walked passed me, I can't look at him in the eye. Any tips for helping me?

Just so you feel better about yourself I've known a 50 year old woman behave this way towards me to where I'm positive she has a teenage crush on me. Some women never change and it's not wrong. It makes me feel good about myself but I figured out she was crushing on me. She would outright stare at me from a distance but would hardly look me in the eye when nearby and seem oh so nervous when we talked, she would speak 1000 miles an hour and seem nervous. Also she copied my body language all the time. Is that you? Cuz sometimes it won't fade but I find it cute lol

I'm not sure about that talking and copying body language. Cuz I never talk to my crush, i'm so scared i dont know why. I even avoid eye contact, if he is staring at me.
