I have a crush on a co worker of mine. before I told him I liked him he would make eye contact all the time now he won't even look me in the eye. He use to tease me and watch me all the time now he barely looks my way but I noticed if I come by him for something he'll move closer to me. He'll act like he's looking for something & move closer to me. He won't talk to me at all. He won't even say 'hi' I always say hi to him and thats it. we haven't talked in like 4 weeks so I don't know.

i didn't mean to but when you walk by me and don't speak even though you were speaking to me like crazy last week it messes with my head too. to me its like "im sorry for bothering you with my friendship" I had been gone a whole week and when I came back dude didn't want to speak so neither did I. Communication works both ways it not a one sided street so if you dont want to talk to me then I won't talk to you. If he keeps acting this way I'll eventually lose my interest in him.
