I've done two tours overseas in thr military and I'm was a state level Boxing champion
But I can't even look at her eyes for a second and I feel so insecure... and this makes me feel emasculated cause I know that woman won't be attracted towards a less confident insecure person like this

Damn dude, don't be so hard on yourself. Even the toughest guys get nervous around a crush. It don't matter how many tours you did or what you accomplished in boxing - when it comes to girls, we all start at the same place.

Look, having that kind of success in your past is great. But around her, try not to think about all that or compare yourself. Just be in the moment. Easier said than done, I know.

Next time you see her, take a deep breath. Remind yourself you got nothing to prove - she already thinks you're cute or she wouldn't be your crush! Hold your head high and smile. Say what's up if you make eye contact.

If it feels too much, no big deal. But the more you psych yourself out, the harder it'll get. You got this man. Just be yourself and it'll come natural before you know it. These things take time.
