What to do on a mall first date?

Well basically I'm in year 10 she's year 9, and I haven't seen her since we meant on a school trip for about a year ago. We didn't talk then, but she found an immediate liking to me, and added me on facebook and, well we've talked over that for about a year, and now we both have a massive crush on each other.

But we live about 2 hours away from each other. So this weekend I'm going up to like the massive mall-ish thing to see her around lunch time to about 5pm. But I'm not exactly sure how to go from there? What to do on a mall first date?

Also what else should I do like, go to some park nearby if there is one, random shopping, movie or what throughout the rest of the about 4 hours were seeing each other? Thanks anyway :))

In my city we have Canada's largest indoor mall - West Edmonton Mall. It's massive, and the perfect place for a date.

I've taken plenty of girls on mall dates, and he's what I always did.

1) I explain that I'm shopping for two things, and I hope she can help... a decent new shirt, and MAYBE some cool new shoes.

This gives us an objective when at the mall, instead of just walking around aimlessly feeling dumb.

So go to the mall and have two things you're looking for. This doesn't mean you have to buy anything, you're just looking for future purchase.

2) Have a timeline if possible. Ask her in advance when you need to be done shopping so that you can have some idea how much time you can waste wandering around. Is it 1 hour or is it 5 hours?

3) Plan to eat sometime in the middle of shopping, or at the end of shopping. This way you wander the mall having shopping experiences, then you can sit and eat and talk about how funny that one guy was with the short shorts.

4) Know in advance where you wish to eat - food court, or restaurant. I prefer the food in a mall restaurant but it's more expensive.

5) Let her know that you're hoping she can help you with your decision making - tell her you need her advice on the stuff you're shopping for. This way you can model different shirts to get her opinion. Anyone watching will think you're a couple AND she'll be acting like your girlfriend. It's a subtle thing, but it'll stick with her. Plus girls usually find this type of thing fun - giving fashion advice.

6) During the date find some reason to grab her by the hand - maybe to help her over a slippery spot on the floor, or possibly up a stair, or maybe through a super busy crowd. This does two things - it get's her used to you being the leader by taking her hand, AND it you get to touch hands. This is important. But don't be needy - let go of her hand casually once you're done helping her.

7) When you first meet her make sure she knows your agenda - to wander the mall with her while also looking for a few things you want to buy with the expectations that she'll give you some solid advice on those items. And, at the end, sit down and eat. And, if you can afford it, pay for her food.

8) You goal is to get her used to your touch - so look excited when you see her and give her a friendly over excited hug hello. Do it first, and be friendly about it. You should actually always do this with her - it will make her think it's what you always do. Then, at the end of the day, give her hug good buy. The hugging is about escalating the relationship. And it's easier than kissing.

Talk dates are the best dates. Just offer to buy her some coffee or a light meal. Or just buy some snack and sit on a table bench together and just talk about each other.

Ask her about herself show her you want to know about her life in a lighthearted manner.

start off with something low-pressure. walk around the mall, get ice cream, maybe a movie.

if everything goes well, make some alone time! Buy some candy, go the the park and try to hold her hand. Don't get nervous, and pay attention to things she says. you'll know if she likes you and maybe wants a kiss(;

Movies aren't a good idea because you don't want to waste the time you have together sitting and watching a screen. I would say browse the mall, have fun, eat some dinner, and just catch up!

You have a meal together... in one of the mall restaurants or in the food court. Then you window shop. Make sure you talk with each other, pointing out the things in the mall you like or don't like. There is such a variety of stores and things in a mall... it's a great place to learn about each other in a safe environment.

Look online in what’s up your City. Find something interesting nearby. Uber there and Uber back. Good if it an outdoor event free to public with food trucks, music, exhibits etc.
