Is it OK to ask a girl out when your jobless?

Is it okay to ask a girl out when I'm jobless and she's working that too holding a managerial position in her company? And the reason I'm jobless is because I kept quitting jobs since nothing clicked with me for 3 and a half years after my studies. Either I was not suitable for the job or pay was pathetic or it just wasn't my cup of tea. The location I chose to work in barely has many options,is very underdeveloped and is somewhat a hellhole for freshers with no experience to start with which is my home town. Its semi urban and not a metropolitan area.. But she chose to first work in a metropolitan area even though she hated it there. But stayed till she got a year and a half's experience that job and then came back to my location which is also her home town. And even though functional area she was in wasn't her cup of tea which she also hated as I did she stuck and put up with it for 2 and a half years. She had the suitable personality for the job unlike me. Its because of this she has landed in a successful job that she finds awesome in our hometown. She knows that I'm still trying very hard to look for a job but the situation here is not in my favor. And the main thing about her is that she's a very nice girl to everyone, understanding, mature, down to earth, considerate, like an angel of mercy. Is she going to have a problem with me being jobless and my past career decisions partly due to which I'm paying the price? She's also just a year younger to me.

Just ask her out. If she really doesn't want to be with you because you haven't found a job you enjoy and are happy with yet, but you are looking then guess what? She's not worth it at all. Anyone who's that damn shallow is foolish. Now, if you weren't looking or trying and you were a bum, I'd understand. But, from what you've told us it sounds like you're trying.

If I ever said Hi to a girl and we started talking and one of the first things she asks me is "What's your job?" or "What do you do?" I Immediately walk away... whenever you're with a girl I would give her the assumption that money doesn't matter and you have to look at the person and not their monetary gains

You might want to try and get a job first. Maybe move to that metropolitan area where she started? At the very least, it will boost your self esteem.
