I just want to know why he wants my attention so badly and what's with the stares? What is he thinking?

Okay so this boy who is usually a player is getting on my nerves. I used to like him but when I figured out he was like that I quickly got over him. Then we started to ignore each other (mostly me) for a month or so. Now he's trying to flirt with me and calls me baby and I'm just like no. Then at school he always wants my attention and always does little things to try and get it. I of course don't give it to him. I also notice him staring at me. When he does and I notice I look at him for a few seconds and look away but he still stares at me. I just want to know why he wants my attention so badly and what's with the stares. I also want to know if he's just trying to play me again how I can get him to stop his little game.

You just need to ignore him. At first ignoring him will make him try even harder. It may take a long time for him to stop trying, but just don't give him ANY attention. If he flirts, gives you those puppy dog eyes, pleads with his eyes, or even starts to cry (I've had a guy pull this one on me) don't believe him. Know that it's just a game to him, and he doesn't care about you, or he would be with you. He wants your attention so badly because he needs to feed his ego.

He's trying to make you fall for him again. Don't let him trick you again. Be strong.

Anything you can do to remove his power over you will help. Bring a male friend or relative you can trust around him to watch over you.

A player will only hurt you. Just say no and RUN AWAY, baby.

He obviously wants what he can't have and thinks you're laying hard to get. I think he liked you the whole time, but since you started ignoring him he wanted you more cause you weren't just there for the taking. Some guys just only want what they can't have and when they get it they don'want it. I think he's definitely a player and you should stay away from him.

If you really want him to stop, I would reccomend just telling him to. Acting non-interested is obviously not going to make him back off. Just firmly tell him that you don'tlike him that way and that he should back off a bit. If he continues, tell him that he's creeping you out and he really neds to stop. His ego will be hurt and he'll probably just ignore you :)

well I kinda already tried the whole stop thing and he did for like a day and then he slowly went back to his usual ways . :/

Welll that's just creepy! You could try to ignore it, but it's obviously bothering you. You just need to try to be reaalyy firm with im. Tell him that he's being creepy and a loser and you don't want to and never will date him so he's wasting both of your time.

I think it's kind of past being nice at this point. If that still doesn't work, you could get a guy friend to tell him to back off.

like Friday I really wasn't in the mood to play around and he kept flirting... and when he does go too far I just slap him :)

Ohh, trust me, I can relate. There's this one guy that's been openly hitting on me for the past two years, even though I've turned him down more time than I can count.

Slapping is a pretty good philosophy :)

And if its not bad enough that you can really go off on him, then I would just wait it out. He'll eventually lose interest :)

He might like you. I'm not sure what to say, eventually if you want him to stop he will. As long as you don't give him the attention he wants he'll get bored and give up and stop. You know, if he's a player like you said, and he's used to getting the girls he wants then he may be attracted to you because you're the only girl that isn't drooling all over him, it'll be like a challenge to him. You should probably just ignore him, and give no reaction to anything he does. I hope I helped. :)

i've been in the same situation as you...

he is a player and you are not responding to him as he wants (its a game and he 'wins' when he can manipulate & play girls.) ..the fact that you are ignoring him hurts his ego...he can't play you anymore. So now he is trying harder. Just ignore him. It took a whole year of hateful glances and the cold shoulder to get this one guy off my case...i hope it doesn't take as long for you
