Cutie Patootie!- A guy called me that.. what did he mean?

Me and this guy has been a thing but not full fledged lovers yet.. while chatting tonight.. we usually exchange pics.. its like an unspoken thing between us.. when one of us sends a pic the other one automatically sends one too.. :)

Today when i sent a pic.. i just had taken a shower so had no make up on and had wet hair.. he called me "Cutie Patudy"- he spelled it wrong but I understood the word..

What does that mean.. if he called me that?
