It can be construed as talent, skill technique timing etc. Its a complete combination of knowledge observation and execution. If you are a sincere human being and are able to get in touch with both sides of you the x and the y then when you show reality it will work unless they're not mature ignorant or self removed. Seduction is a combination of different features, some can be trained, others are either there or absent. It requires body language and personality. So I'd say it's inborn first and then nurtured
