congratulations you messed up with your crush, now what? in my opinion avoidance, do you agree and how would we do this ;P

It depends on what you mean by "messed up". In my experience, giving someone room to breathe was never a bad idea-- then again, if you had already established a viable friendship before said mess-up occurred, backing WAY off can create an even more awkward and chilly situation. Honesty is the best policy, regardless of your history with the other party. All in all, telling someone how you really feel (in any situation, not just romantic ones) about something can 1) get a great deal off your chest, 2) clear the air and prevent miscommunication, 3) clarify your own expectations of things, and 4) really inspire a deeper friendship and alliance with that person, and, in this case, perhaps spark romantic success.

Please don't avoid her, it will only make her feel like you hate her. Try to apologize if you were mean to her and if not try to talk to her and get her to understand for what you did, you'd be surprised at how understanding girls can be once you tell them why you did something.

She told me that she does not want to talk to me and I make her uncomfortable. I was sure she liked me but then I messed up by ignoring her. Is leaving her alone and forgetting her the only option?

Yea you give them space or create space between you two for a while then when you think your ready then move in as a regular friend this time and keep it that way =D , that's what id do at least =D
