When is it ok to hug a girl?

I see friends girls and guys snuggling hugging that stuff and while friendship wise I'd say I'm on the level they are on with each other I always think it seems in appropriate is or isn't it

I think it depends on the girl. A guy will probably just go with the flow on whatever she does. Some girls do more hugging than others. You say you are on the same level as they are, so a quick side hug or frontal {like I said depends on the girl} shouldn't be a problem. I sorta find that weird or different too when a girl seems to hug everyone that breathes. I'm not saying all are that way for sure, I know that's not true. I think you and me are in the same boat. I probably wouldn't go around hugging girls, only if I liked her. It's just not much of a guy thing. We can't relate to that as much. I know it probably seems weird when you see your girl {or a girl you like} go around hugging tons of guys. I sense a little jealousy. No biggie, I'd be like if that jerk is getting a hug from Ms.Perfect then why can't I get one. I hope I helped.

Hmm that's what I was w thinkong but I wonder now if my personality and behavior might tell them that I fell that's in apprpriate. I always wondered if I'm just missing some crucial part of a friendship that involves that. Well I'm not a big fotball person but Bopoline is being greated with a shrug of the shoulder. you know the you better than callahan but not that great. as for their games as far as I see which is rather limited there not doing to bad. as for Nebraska its still cold and flat

I would just say not to worry about it. Don't think that you are on a different relationship level just because you don't get hug. Girls see that in you, that you probably aren't comfortable getting one, so they don't hand them out to you. Hope I helped, GO BIG RED!

everybody has different comfort levels as far as physical affection, especially in public. the people you see might just be more comfortable with physical affection than you and there's nothing wrong with that. I say when you feel comfortable huggin a girl then go for it. If you don't feel comfortable, don't force it.otherwise it might come out more awkward then you want.

you can hug your female friends and if you really want you can hug people you don't know but that's up to you but you should hug your female friends because it then makes youz feel like youz are closer and more like bro and sis.

if you mean like a friend hugging a friend well its fine I hug my guy friends to say hello, or if I haven't seen them in a while.

Sometimes it can be if it is taken to far in public then it is, but just hugging and kissing is not.

when you are good friends then its ok. sometimes I randomly go hug a guy I don't know if I know they'd accept the hug. But. I'm a girl. So if you hug a girl, make sure you're good friends.
