If they stand out in the corwd for some reason. Might be a outrageous haircut, the way they are dressed, their physical attractiveness or even their height. No really one time a girl caught my eye for being taller than me, nothing more than that.

Sexually attractive or dressed classily is the big one. I’ll be encouraged to meet and know what your personality is like.

Bubbly energy, quirky personality or overall positive vibes is another. I’ll be encouraged to speak to you.

Damsel in distress. A woman who’s crying or looks like she’s being harassed. Or having trouble with her children. Any sort of distress will prompt me to check if she’s ok and offer help.

Gossip or mean girl behavior. I’ll blacklist you. Even if you’re attractive I’ll be turned off by your ugly personality. Looks mean nothing if you treat people badly.

I’ve noticed you looking in my general direction while I’m not turned to you several times or it feels like you’re sneaking glances my way. I’ll turn your way to try and catch you looking at me. I may or may not approach. This is usually at work which is the only place I won’t flirt with women. So unless you approach me I’m only trying to catch you to boost my own ego.
