My crush's friends asked him if he liked me, what does this mean?

I was hanging out with my crush and his friends (and his friends ALWAYS tease him about me)

and then they started asking me if he liked me right in front of me, and then he answered "I don't want to answer that because there are things that I keep quiet" and basically a really long winded answer that doesn't say "yes" or "no"

and then I told her to stop asking him because I didn't think he liked me

and then my crush responded to me like "hey why do you think that way? you should think more positively" and when I asked him if he like the girl who asked him the awkward question about me in front of her, he said "no"

plus he sometimes says things like "my friends all tell me I should ask you out" and anything relationship related

but he never asks me out D: but then again, he is pretty shy and inexperienced..haha

I don't get it, does this mean he likes me or not? o.o

Honey, I believe you put the poor guy on the spot more then once. Maybe he hasn't figured things out completely, or maybe he's thinking it over and is starting to take a shine to it.

Let me tell you something: Let it cool down for a bit. Then, pull him to the side in a private place and ask him flat out if he likes you. There's only two ways it can go.

OR! Maybe he's waiting for you to make the first move since he is shy. It's a new era and women are more outspoken then they used to be. Do what YOU feel is best. c:
