He keeps stepping on my toes! Is he flirting?

My co-worker, who I really like, stepped on my toe really hard before I left work this afternoon. He is always stepping on my toes on purpose, telling me I suck and he always says everything's always my fault. I am always teasing him and we are always joking around. Last night I told him I was quitting and he seemed really sad. Before I left I told him it was all a joke and after he said he knew I was joking, he said "..and oh... (my name)..." then he stepped on my foot. How can I get him back over FB? Could I say something like "You are so mean. Because you did that you have to take me out and buy me a drink!" That was really bad, but I need some ideas!

...o.o dude he does not like you. He's stepping on your toes on PURPOSE. it sounds like there's something wrong with him. If a guy likes you, he'll tease you but it'snot t easing if he's saying "you suck and everythings your fault"

lol he seems to be sensitive, but he acts tough to "impress" you. a lot of guys are like that. they don't show how they really feel/don't treat you nicely because they think they look weak when they do so. I really think he's interested in you. I only tease girls I like...
