A real player doesn't break hearts because it's a series of shorter flings or one-night stands. I believe your question should be "Why do some girls get attached to players even though it's been a one night (or one week) deal?". This is the exact reason why girls should 1) Give it up too quickly and 2) Get too attached too quickly. I'm not a player but I can spot one a mile away.

A player could play someone for a month or more, not just once or twice. In that case, a girl would get attached.

How do boys spot players so easily, yet girls can't? lol. I guess the eyes see what they want to see?

A month or more should still be in the safe zone. Anything up to a few months (1-3), you shouldn't be getting too attached to someone. That's why the 'player' often walks away unscathed. Guys spot players more easily because we know how we are as a gender. Some girls are easily fooled by words. Always and only trust actions.

its actually a lot deeper than that. you essentially just get to kno a girl (the real her). you ask her questions and depending on what she tells you, you find out more and more about her and you connect on a deeper level. My brothers being doing it since hs and he taught me in gr 9, we called the iceberg (iceberg of conflict). - that plus som charm and you pretty much win her over.

ps. they usually don't care if there are other girls in your life (or at least they don't say anything)
