You mean french kiss to your love or in random you like to kiss anyone cheeks whom you like. In case of love, I like to hug first and then give a kiss for sure. I don't find it weird, if someone doesn't like it then it's their issue. I would definitely do this to my loved one, whenever I've one unless she feels uncomfortable.
