Asking a cashier girl?

hey
there is a cashier girl working in a shopping mall beside my home and recently i noticed she smiled more often to me
yesterday there were a guy in front of me and she was looking only on me with a big smile and it became my turn she started saying jokes with smiles
am very confused what to do
i like her and she is cute
what do think and what should be my next step
should i go and give her my number?

You never ever flirt with a person while he/she is at work. That would be a reason for that person to get fired if management finds out.

The reason is that people tend to start making favors and that is detrimental in any job. A boss does not pay an employee for flirting on the job or to give discounts or other incentives to a customer.

The only acceptable approach to your problem is to wait till she finishes her schedule and leaves her place of employment. What she does after working hours is of no concern of the store owner/manager and you can approach her outside the store.

What you can do is ask her for her number outside the mall but be prepared to accept a rejection. It does not mean that because someone jokes around with you is also having a crush on you. Those are two very distinctive issues

I agree but He can always ask Her when She gets off and if She wants to meet so He at least won't come off as a crazy stalker just by showing up unannounced while She is walking in a dark parking lot.

@jkm1864 I mean you are a 30 year old guy and if you want to pick up a girl when she is at work, it is your call but if I was the girl, I would hate it if guys come to my workplace to hit on me.

Just put yourself in her shoes and how would you react if every second guy hits on you while at work? You would probably not like it, right?

But if you want to leave her your number, then just do it and see her reaction.

Dude it's obvious She finds You attractive so ask Her if She wants to get a coffee. When a woman looks You in the eyes and smiles for no reason that's a big sign that She thinks Your attractive. Oh and don't give Her Your number ask Her when She gets off and take Your to get some coffee or something to eat. The reason You don't give Her the number is because they can have second thoughts and it makes them the aggressive one which is supposed to be Your job.

It is possible that she is just being friendly and she may not be interested. Go back and wait until there are no other customers in the line, them ask her what times her work day ends and ask if she would like to meet up with you after work.

Ask her out. If she's interested she'll let you know. If she doesn't accept don't take it hard, keep smiling and being who you are. She might come around after some time.

Her job is to ring you up, and being friendly is often part of her job. Don't over think it.
