Guys, what are the reasons you don’t respond to a girls text?

So I finally got the nerve to text my crush and he hasn’t responded yet it’s been almost two days. I just asked how he was doing and told him to call anytime. Should I of asked to meet up? Would that have gotten more of a response?

I think he is on the fence about it. It can mean he kinda likes you but not ready to commit to a relationship. Or he doesn’t like you like that but doesn’t want to lose you by saying no. I think you can tell him that he doesn’t have to give you an answer now but now he knows the way you feel and hope you guys can continue hanging out but that you do need an answer.

We’ve talked a few times before and really clicked. We’re both shy and have very similar personalities. He stared at me a few times before approaching me to talk. He would always stare into my eyes like he couldn’t look away no matter how hard he tried. I figured he hasn’t seen me in months because of everything going on that he would respond right away.

Sounds like you both are into each other. Maybe he has something holding him back from moving forward. That could be a number of things like he is sick or he has doubts. I prefer to be an optimist but anything can go. Since both are shy, maybe step up and be a little more forward with him to get an answer. Something to wake him up for an answer :)
