Girls, Why she keep staring at me when I’m around?

started my a new year of university and moved back into student accommodation. However , there are some new people living with me. I noticed one of the girls keeps staring at me when I am not looking. Like if I am walking around in the kitchen she keep watching me but if I face her way she looks away quickly. And if she in my way she is super shy and apologises repeatedly. I don’t get why everytime I walk in she always freezes and then stares, and I can feel her staring at me when I am not looking. One time I had a shower and changed clothes and had wet hair and went to the kitchen and she kept staring at me when I wasn’t looking but never talks to me. Or if I am talking to my friends and she sees me she keep looking back at me

Yeah she’s really shy person because when I walk in she freezes where as everyone else is relaxed. Then she just kinda stares at me all the time.
