What does it mean when you catch a guy staring at you and then quickly looks away?

This guy and I always make eye contact and one of us would look away quickly but a few minutes later we would look at each other again. I know when he’s around I’m a nervous ball and I tend to act silly.

Well it's a tough one to call but perhaps he likes you as well. Or he may think your just interesting to look at but your going to have to look out for other signs of attraction

1. He send a friend to invite me to go out with them.
2. I was playing a game with he’s friends and he came over and told me what move to make to win.
3. He likes to tease me because I don’t drink and I don’t like apples.
4. he’s always giving he’s opinion when I’m not even talking to him.
5. We always make eye contact and one of us would always look away quickly and few seconds later we look at each other again.
6. He defends me if he’s friends are being too much.
7. He used to be more serious with me but now he’s not.
8. He always says hi to me first.
9. He always ask he’s friend where we went if I go out with them.
10. He was looking to where I was sitting when someone offer me food and when I open my bag to take out items he also looked.

So what I can tell you for sure is if all these things are happening he is expressing a lot of interest in you. Let me tell you why. If he asks you to go out he wants to see you outside of the workplace. Helping you with games to win is a subtle excuse to get close to you. Him teasing you for not drinking is because he wants you to be drunk like him to make it easier for him to make a move. Him giving his opinion if your talking or asking about something is him wanting to be the person you rely on. The constant eye contact is a very clear sign especially if both of y'all keep looking back at each other. Defending you is him wanting to be that guy protector for you. These signs you gave me are plenty to suffice that I can confidently say he likes you. Even if half of these are taken out of context it's to many coincidences for it to be mistaken for anything other than he likes you. I know this because I do a lot of similar things when I'm really into a girl

Honestly that is the most adorable thing and so beautiful. You have to try and calm your nerves though. A great ice breaker is to do something social together that puts your closer to him. Like main event, or Dave n busters. Something that will get y'all closer

Then ask a mutual friend to set up y'all hanging out with each other. Then have your mutual friend walk away with another friend with just you and him together. You know I am almost certain he likes you so if you really want it you have to find a way to bond. Try to legitimately be his friend first if it will make it easier on you

We have been alone and I’m too shy to talk and he just does not talk either. I did notice he has change he’s attitude when I’m around but that’s all. Our conversation are very short and simple and sometimes he ignores me when I talk to him which I believe is because sometimes I don’t say hi to him. The other day I was watching tv and when I turn around he was there looking at me and look away quick but when I look at him he looked away quick and he looks at me when I’m not looking.
