What does a neck massage mean from your guy friend?

I work with my guy friend and when he comes in to work he hugs me every time but its weird today he came up behind me and started massaging my neck? What does this mean I don't know if he's just being nice or trying to tell me something. :) Advice Please

tricky to say just from him hugging you and giving you a massage. massage is usally associated with a closer relationships just because it involves a lot of touching in vonurable areas like the neck.
