Girls how often should a guy ask "are you OK?"

I have a tendency to do it a lot.. But its because she's obviously not OK..

Shes upset or sad about something.. Maybe about me.. But I don't think so..

Anyway I tend to ask if she's OK.. A lot.. Usually she doesn't tell me or open up.. But She hits at things... Like her body hurts.. Or is bruised..

But not always..

one time I asked.. her friend walked over and told her just to tell me its woman troubles.. We all knew it was a lie but it got me to stop..

Any way to my question..

Is it bad for a guy to keep asking?

Shes never told me to stop ask.. Or to shut up.. She usually just says.. "ill be fine".. Then we continue doing what ever we were doing.. Usually dancing..

Also we're not really dating.. And I can't be sure she likes me.. So I'm so worried about this..

Pandabear basically said it all but I'll give my answer too.

All girls are different, and so are guys. I used to like to know exactly how my ex was feeling so I could help her, and she liked the help an support, but not everyone does. She always complained that I didn't share my emotions with her, so maybe without realising I kept things held up inside. People cope with troubles differently... some like to talk, others like to think about it and do nothing, just draw a line under it and move on, others' like to work out how to do something about it, other just react in completely senseless ways but it makes them feel better.

If you want to help her, then make sure she knows she can talk to you. Start by tell her that she ca talk to you about anything, she can trust you, you won't judge her, you will keep it a secret and you do want to help. She's unlikely to just open up to you one day, but that might mean she can think about opening up to you. Then you might have to prompt her to talk... so keep asking if she's ok? But use different phrases. You could try guessing what's up and ask if that is the problem. Or you could do like pandabear said and slowly build up her trust. Ask if there's anything you can do to help, and keep reiterating that you want to help, you are happy to just listen and she can trust you.

If when you ask, she appears annoyed, then maybe back off a bit. Again make sure she knows she can talk to you if she wants, but then don't prompt too much. But still do sometimes. Girls can be very confusing, especially with things like this. They might not want to talk, so they tell you not to keep asking, but actually they find it reassuring that you do care. But some girls will just think you're being annoying and nosey. So just judge her reactions. See if she gets annoyed, or if she just keeps saying that everything will be ok.

I ask my 'girlfriend' several times a day. Sometimes several times within an hour, asking if she's okay. She doesn't seem agitated, but when she's off, she's off, so I won't stop asking until she tells me. EYE even get irritated having to ask so much because it's like she's intentionally not telling me until I ask 100 times so she feels wanted. But anyways. It depends on the girl. I'd say a shy introverted girl most likely wouldn't mind being asked a good bit since they want to know you care.

I would say the girl appreciates the attention you are giving her, and the persistence means you care. However, you could approach the situation from another angle. I say this only because you really seem to like her and you've mentioned that she hasn't really 'opened up' emotionally to you. So instead of "Are you Ok?" ask her how she is, what's wrong, how she's been going, hows school. Start with small steps, obviously you think and from the information provided there is something wrong with her. It could be physical or emotional, so start small and work your way into her trust. She is probably passive and not going to go around flaunting her emotional issues with everybody, which whilst is a good attribute- she still needs someone to talk to.

So slowly work your way into her trust, you share your secrets, let her know your there to talk. Don't force her to tell you anything, there's a difference between persistence, annoying and force. Find the balance :)

Bruised && Hurt? _ That very much so stood out to me, maybe she is being abused. Or is just sore from dancing. From my understanding as a girl it seems as if something is wrong, and no its not bad to keep asking just don't go overboard and it won't matter.

On the subject of her liking you; What Signs Has she shows , or something that she has said ..?

Back to the top, I do think something is wrong, and if you can get her to open up she obviously deeply trust you.

I think it would get annoying, personally.

But some girls like being asked that multiple times because it makes it seem like you actually care and you're not just trying to be polite.

She gets hurt here and there physically.. But I can't tell if that's the problem or not.. she hides it and her emotional pain.. So without asking how would I know which
